This branch has been very good but last time the food wasn’t what I expected and service. Previously there were staff from Pakistan always knew how my family liked chicken done and swap rice for pitta I asked this time but couldn’t also requested juicy chicken but didn’t and really less peri salt.. even just the vibe of staff at front not like the previous staff

Food is good. However the machine based syrup softdrink is horrible.Need to serve cans as soft drinks. Charging for the poor quality drinks.

Really enjoyed my grilled chicken wrap meal. Tasty and juicy chicken, decent if slightly overdone chips, garlic dip and drink. All for around £8 which is definitely more than I expected but was overall happy with the quality of food

This this second time we had issue with quality on Piri Piri fries 🍟. This is very soggy and less piri piri salt on fries. When we Oder we cleared told that we need Piri Piri and we’ll cooked but this is second time quality is very poor and staff is very rude we didn’t get nice service from staff. 🍟 fries is also pre cooked and there are no Piri Piri on fries. Very disappointed with food and from service.

Staff m: rude… When I don’t understand his wrong accent he gives a rude look…and food is stale, you get your chips with great green Solanine that is carcinogenic

Tejas is a very helpful member of staff always repeats the order and is very clear when speaking on the phone. He needs to be manager of burnt oak branch or Kingsbury as he is the best member of staff I have encountered EVER at pepes

Been to a few pepes in London but the kingsbury branch is the best by far. Food alway tastes soft and fresh Alway served hot . Guy with beard behind counter knows his stuff - always recommends diff dishes and never got it wrong . Place is always busy but tables and chairs are always clean -

Tried two Pepe branches but somehow the chicken and rice of this branch tasted so much better. Will go back to this branch even though much further from home.
